Red face tire pressure sensor problems

I put air in my tires after I fill them up, after I drive my tc for about 15 min. it comes back on. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

My drivers side rear tire had a leaking valve stem it had a tiny piece of dirt in it. The sensor was picking up the change in pressure it was slowly leaking...after that was fixed the sensor never came back on...

Hmmmmm-I just bought my XB and even after checking tire pressures the sensor light is still on. A co-worker who was in the tire business for 10 years drove my new car and said it felt like one or more of the polyester belts in the tire(s) may be coming apart, causing an issue that may appear to the sensor like a pressure problem. Will update when available.

have you tried resetting the sensor system? the manual says that after a tire is removed you have to reset the sensor by 1. turning off the vehicle 2. holding in the reset button until it flashes 3 times. then drive it at least an hour at at least 19 miles an hour (i'm not making this up). worked for me.

Default tire pressure sensor

actually, you have to turn the key to 'on' first. if the light comes on, push the reset button to turn it off. push and hold the reset switch until the light blinks 3 times. the system will be reset in about an hour if the vehicle speed is between 31-62mph, the roads are dry smooth and straight, and the number of passengers is 1 or 2.

Same here...it's been an ongoing issue on my tC since November...this past week I had the tires changed/balanced, an alignment done and now after driving about 70 miles the light is back on!?!?!

What gives????
