Need Tail Light, but hesistant.. Advice appreciated!

Hey all Scion lovers! Thanks to those who helped me in my previous post.

Now, I've got another problem, but this time it's my tail light. I noticed a crack in the housing of the tail light (running vertically from top to bottom).
Normally, I dont mind cosmetic imperfections, but this ones just too blatantly obvious!!

Can I just replace the outside housing?? (don't know where they sell them)

or do i have to buy a new assembly?? If this is the case, who would you buy from out of these two? :

The prices are just about the same, but i'm interested in the vendor who can get it to me faster! Anyone have any experiences with either of these?
