Odometer messed up after installing after market HID kit

I recently bought after market HID Kit and after installing it, it worked but however every time I turn it on my odometer went crazy. The fuel arrow is wrong, the RPM is wrong, and the speedometer arrow is wrong also.

I was at a complete stop and my RPM showing 3,000 while my speedometer showing 30MPH. My fuel indicator showing that I have more than a full tank when I only have like 30% left.

Also my engine light (i think) turn orange. Anyone with this problem or solution please help me.

only thing i could think of is, you may disconnected a wrong wire and likely reconnected it into the wrong spot...id say take to a good scion dealership
